Define frame of reference re: beliefs, assumptions, opinions and perceptions:
- a set of criteria or stated values in relation to which measurements or judgments can be made.
- Belief is defined as:
- an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists.
- Assumption is defined as:
- a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof.
- Opinion is defined as:
- a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.
- Perception is defined as:
- the ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through the senses.
